Terms of Use

These are the Terms of Use for GoSolo, last updated January 2026. By using the app, you agree to these terms. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GoSolo on devices you own or control, for personal or commercial purposes.

You keep full ownership of the notes and content you create; GoSolo does not claim rights over your content. However, you must not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app; modify or create derivative works; rent, lease, or lend it; use it unlawfully; or attempt to extract or copy the AI models.

AI features are for assistance only and may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content.

GoSolo, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Poteam and protected by intellectual property laws. The app is provided "as is" without any warranties, and Poteam is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

Poteam is not responsible for data loss; you should regularly back up important content. The app may be updated over time, and continued use after updates means you accept the changes. Poteam may terminate your access at any time without notice if you violate these terms.
