Hush may access certain information on your local device solely for the purpose of providing its intended functionality. This processing occurs entirely on your device and this information is never transmitted externally:

Running Applications and Window Information:

To provide features like focus modes, muting notifications, or managing application windows, Hush may need to identify currently running applications and their associated window states. This data is used in real-time to enable the app's features and is immediately discarded once its functional purpose is served.

System Permissions:

Hush may request certain system permissions (e.g., Accessibility access for hotkeys or screen recording permissions for blur effects). These permissions are exclusively used for the app's core functionality. Any data accessed via these permissions is processed locally on your device and is never stored, transmitted, or shared.

3. Third-Party Services

Hush does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. We do not use third-party SDKs that collect user data.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Since Hush does not collect or store any personal or usage data from your device, there is no data to retain or delete on our part. All processing is transient and local to your device. When you uninstall Hush, any minimal, temporary configuration files stored on your device are removed by the operating system.

5. Children's Privacy

Hush is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personal information from a child under 13, we will delete such information from our records.
